Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

What the site is

The site describes a business opportunity. It is general information, not an offer, and not business, financial, tax or legal advice. You should make your own decision about whether the program suits you.

The program is provided only under a signed partner agreement. If anything on the site, in a video, in an ad or in a call differs from the partner agreement, the partner agreement wins.

Applications and areas

• Applying, booking a call or being told an area is open does not reserve your area or mean you have been accepted.
• An area is held for you only once you have signed the partner agreement and paid the program fee.
• We may decline any application, or end a conversation, for any lawful reason and without giving one.
• You agree that the information you give us is true and complete. We may rely on it.

No guarantee of income

We do not promise that you will earn any money. Apart from the booked estimates described in the partner agreement, and only on its conditions, we make no promise of income, jobs, sales or results. Read our earnings disclaimer before you decide.

Calls, texts and emails

By giving us your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your application and the program, including by automated means, as set out in our privacy policy. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.

Our content

The site, our videos, training, scripts, price tools, documents and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for your own evaluation. You may not copy, resell, record, share or create other works from them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else's details, sending spam, scraping, trying to break or bypass security, or interfering with how the site works.

Third parties

The site mentions or links to products and services from other companies, such as paint manufacturers, Meta and scheduling tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Product warranties come only from the manufacturer.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Romabio, Meta or any government agency. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Photos, colors and examples are illustrations and may differ from real results.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the site or anything on it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This limit does not change anything agreed in a signed partner agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable attorney fees, that results from your misuse of the site, false information you give us, or your breach of these terms.

Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

If we cannot, any dispute arising from the site or these terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class or representative action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where FlipMyBrick is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

General

We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
