Why brick
Repaints are a bidding war. Brick restoration is the job most painters turn down.
- 01
Millions of brick homes, already built
Every US city has whole subdivisions of red and orange brick built between the 70s and the early 2000s. Those owners want their home to look new again, and tearing off brick is not an option.
- 02
Most painters say no
Brick needs the right products and a test patch first. Most crews will not take the risk, so homeowners have very few people to call.
- 03
It is not a repaint
Limewash and mineral paint soak into the brick and let it breathe. Nothing sits on the surface, so there is nothing to peel.
- 04
The whole street sees it
When a brick house changes color, the whole street notices and the neighbors ask who did it.
The plan

How you sign off a shade
- 1. Photo
Photograph the house and a close-up of the brick.
- 2. Render
We render it, so the owner sees their house in two or three shades.
- 3. Test patch
Do a patch on a quiet wall with the shade tins in your Launch Kit.
- 4. Sign-off
For your first 90 days, a brick specialist signs off your photo within 24 hours. Then you do the wall.
The system
We install it in your business
A badge isn't a pipeline. Plenty of painters hold a supplier badge with no homeowners behind it. We put the homeowners on your calendar.
- 01 · BookIt
Your calendar, filled.
We build and run your ads, screen every homeowner and book them straight onto your calendar. 30 booked estimates in your first 90 days, from brick homeowners in your area. Every one is yours alone. You don't chase anyone. You turn up and quote.
- 02 · Nothing's on you
Every way this could go wrong, and who carries it.
If a homeowner doesn't show, we replace them. If the ads cost too much, we stop and fix them before you spend another dollar. If you're short at day 90, we keep running and managing your ads at no extra fee until you hit 30. Ad spend stays yours, paid straight to Meta. And the ad account is yours from day one. You see every dollar.
- 03 · SeeIt First
The homeowner says yes to the color before you quote.
Brick jobs die for one reason: the homeowner is scared of a color they can't take back. So before you arrive, they've already seen their own house in two or three shades. You bring the shade tins in your Launch Kit, they pick the shade on their own wall, and they sign off the color in writing. By the time you quote, the hard part's done.

The shade they say yes to - 04 · PriceIt
Walk in knowing exactly what to charge.
The estimate script, the price calculator, the proposal, the contract and the warranty wording. Every painter who tries brick asks the same question: what do I charge? You'll never have to ask it.
- 05 · PatchCheck
Your first jobs, checked before you start.
Send a photo of every test patch. A brick specialist signs it off within 24 hours, for your first 90 days. Your crew trains on real jobs, filmed start to finish, and keeps that training for life.
- 06 · FlipMyBrick Launch Kit
Everything for your first estimate, at your door.
Within a week of signing, a box lands at your door. All 9 shades in tins for test patches on the homeowner's wall, the color presenter you put in front of them, the sign-off sheets, the moisture meter, the brushes and the sprayer. Open it and you're ready for your first estimate.

Questions
Questions owners ask
What counts as a booked estimate?
A homeowner with a brick or masonry exterior, inside your area, who is interested in a color change and has a confirmed slot on your calendar. We promise 30 of those in your first 90 days. We do not promise jobs, closes or income.
Is ad spend included?
No. We build and run the ads, and you pay the ad spend direct to Meta, on top of the fee. Because you pay Meta yourself, you see every dollar spent and nobody marks it up. We go through the budget with you on the call.
What does it cost?
We go through the fee on the call, once we know you fit.
Will another contractor in my area get the same deal?
No. We take one partner per area, so every homeowner we book there goes to you.
Can you change brick that is already painted?
Sometimes. Limewash needs bare, unsealed brick, so painted or sealed brick needs mineral paint over a bonding primer, or stripping first. The wall check tells you which, and when to turn a job down.
Will it peel?
Limewash and mineral paint soak into the brick and let it breathe. Ordinary acrylic paint forms a film that can trap moisture and peel. Most failures come from damp walls, sealed brick or skipped prep, which is why the wall check comes before every quote.
Is this a franchise?
No. It is a business opportunity. You keep your own company name, your own prices and your own customers. There is no royalty and no share of your jobs.
Do I need to have done brick before?
No. You need to be running a home service business, solo or with a crew. Painting, pressure washing, masonry, remodeling and other trades all count. Training filmed on real jobs takes you from prep to pricing, and a brick specialist signs off your test patches for your first 90 days.
Can you tell me how much I will make?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Apart from the 30 booked estimates, what happens depends on your area, your prices, your crew and how you sell.
