FlipMyBrick offers a business opportunity. Your results depend on you. Please read this before you apply or sign anything.
No promise of income
We do not promise, and you should not expect, any particular income, profit, number of jobs or job value. Apart from the booked estimates set out in the partner agreement, and only on its conditions, we make no promise of results of any kind.
Many people who start a business earn little or nothing, and you may earn less than you invest or lose your money.
A booked estimate is not a sale
A booked estimate is an appointment with a homeowner. Whether it becomes a paid job depends on your pricing, your sales, your work, your reviews, your area, the season and the homeowner. We do not control any of that and do not promise that any estimate becomes a job.
What affects your results
- How quickly and well you follow up, run estimates and do the work.
- Your prices, costs, crew, insurance and local competition.
- Your local market, housing stock, weather and the wider economy.
- How much you spend on ads and how they perform.
- Whether you follow the training and the process.
Examples and people shown
The mentor, partners, homes and jobs shown on the site, in videos and in ads are examples. Their results are their own and are not typical or a prediction of yours. Some people shown work with or are paid by FlipMyBrick.
Your costs
Your costs include the program fee and your Meta ad spend, which you pay direct to Meta on top of the fee. You will also have your own costs, such as business registration, insurance, licenses, products, tools, travel, labor and taxes. Budget for all of these before you start.
Conditions
The 30 booked estimates, no-show replacements within 48 hours and continued ad management after day 90 all have conditions, which are set out in full in the partner agreement. They are not a promise of income.
Not a franchise
FlipMyBrick is not a franchise. There is no royalty and no share of your revenue. You run your own independent business and you are responsible for its decisions, compliance and results.
Do your own research
Make your own decision. Speak to your own advisers if you want to, and only invest money you can afford to lose.
